Tharawal Aboriginal Corporation has a number of visiting Specialist and Allied Health services that attend our practice weekly, monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly.
Eligibility
To be eligible to access our Specialist and Allied Health services, patients must meet all of the below eligibility criteria:
- Be Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, and
- Have Confirmation of Aboriginality on file, and
- Have completed a 715-health assessment within the last 12 months, and
- Have a current referral from a Tharawal GP on file
